    Date founded unknown. According to a stele fragment inside the temple, repairs were made in the Qing dynasty (宣统二年 (1910)). The temple site encompasses 684 square meters. The complex faces south with a single courtyard, axial buildings include a Mountain Gate and main hall; on the east and west are side halls of 6 bays each. Within the compound, other than the Jin dynasty main hall, the rest of the buildings are Qing dynasty. (Translation Lydia Ohl, ed. T. Miller) 1

    Site geolocated in this entry was lacking a Mountain Gate, and the main hall departs from the description given in the Zhongguo wenwu dituji cited above. Location needs verification.
