Building Information
The Shuizha Ting is not discussed as a separate structure in the JCZ or found on the Qianlong (1736-1796) or Guangxu (1875-1909) period maps. According to Song Naizhong, this pavilion was built in 1953 and is presently the residence of the Jinci water managers stationed at the site by the Taiyuan City Water Conservancy Bureau (Taiyuanshi shuiliju 太原市水利局). This structure is number 37 on our plan of the site.1
