Gloss

    literally: "boastful; contemptuous, arrogant" bracket arm (Kroll 2015, 294), a long bracket-arm placed parallel to the building plane above a shorter bracket arm, either a guazigong or nidaogong (Guo 2002, 57, Fu 2017, 361)2
